• UL60950 and IEC/EN60950 • Recom RxxP22005D Series Insulated DC/DC Converters • The RxxP22005D Series is designed for efficient SiC-MOSFET drivers such as electric vehicles, renewable energy conversion, and high-power industrial drives. This converter can apply an optimum on/off voltage (VGS) to the gate driver with an asymmetric +20 V/-5 V output. This device has a power-sharing output as an unstabilized 2-W converter. This power sharing output can be used with equal current (asymmetric current) or equal current (asymmetric power) loads. The RxxP22005D Series operates at up to 85% efficiency and is available with input voltages of 5 V dc, 12 V dc, 15 V dc, and 24 V dc. This converter has a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +95 °C (when derating) to meet demanding environmental requirements.
