• The LM317 series of ON Semiconductor is a variable linear voltage regulator.　This 3-terminal positive voltage regulator can supply an output current of 1.5 A or more in the output voltage range of 1.2 to 37 V.　The LM317 Variable Voltage Regulator is easy to use and can be used for a variety of applications such as on-card regulation or as a programmable output regulator. If a fixed resistor is inserted between the adjustment terminal and the output terminal, it can be used as a high-precision current regulator.
