• What protection do these indicators provide?
• Each LED indicator has a protection rating of IP67. It is not completely waterproof, but it is completely protected from dust and other small particles. It can also be completely immersed in water (maximum depth 1 m) for up to 30 minutes. How this feature is used depends on the application, but if the above guidelines are followed correctly, the LED will continue to work smoothly.
• Why LED? • Long life and low power consumption are the main features of LEDs, but there are many other reasons.　Temperature — LEDs generate much less heat than incandescent or neon lights.　Directional — LEDs emit light in only one direction, reducing the need for additional components such as reflectors.
