功能
- It is a condensing lens for ultraviolet lasers composed of a synthetic quartz lens with high transmittance in the ultraviolet region.
- No glass or adhesive absorbs ultraviolet light, so it has excellent light resistance.
- Two or three spherical lenses are combined to correct for spherical and coma aberration.
- It can also be used as a condenser lens for Kr* F excimer laser (248 nm), 4 times wave (266 nm) and 3 times wave (355 nm) of YAG laser.
- With a lens of NA0.1 or less, the laser collimated light can be narrowed down to a spot diameter that is almost diffraction limited.

- Protective glass, sold separately, can be installed to protect the lens from flying light caused by laser processing.
- * Use the condenser lens when you want to focus an object at infinity, or when you want to use the point light source as parallel light.
- Sufficient optical performance cannot be obtained when the camera is used for close-range imaging.
- * The condenser lens has an orientation that allows light to enter.
- * Be sure to allow parallel light to enter from the upper side (look at the engraving on the side of the lens barrel upright).
