Many of these flowmeters indicate a standard scale, and in order to maintain the accuracy of the suction air volume, it is necessary to calibrate the load equivalent to the normal operating condition of the supplied flowmeter with a reference flowmeter or a reference gas meter installed at the position where the flowmeter is installed upstream of the pump. Use a reference flow meter and a gas meter suitable for the suction flow rate of the suction pump.
