• The seal part is fluororesin.
• By replacing the internal consumables (O-ring, U-shaped cup seal), it becomes as good as new, and the replacement is very easy.
• When stirring and pressure reducing pump are stopped and vacuum is maintained, the condition is very good by tightening the cap (2) as much as possible.
• Can be used for vacuum, normal pressure, and micro-pressurization.
• The vacuum accuracy is about 10^-5.
• *If you need a stirring rod or plate, use a fluororesin stirrer.
