• Corning 1536 well microplates have the highest number of wells in Corning products and are ideal for high-throughput screening. This microplate has the same footprint and size as a standard microplate.
• Compared to the standard type plate, the position of the well is lower and the bottom of the plate and the bottom of the well are close to 1.8 mm. A bottom-reading microplate reader is expected to be particularly sensitive.
• The low base black clear bottom plate is close to the bottom of the well from the bottom of the plate, so the bottom reading type microplate reader * can be expected to be particularly sensitive.
• * Verifying compatibility with Molecular Devices' FLIPER TETRATM system.
• In order to improve compatibility with heat sealers and automatic dispensing equipment, the logo and the alphanumeric mark indicating the position of the well have been removed from the top of the plate outer frame and made flat.
• Since the outer frame is not uneven and the contact surface with the seal becomes large, it is expected to improve adhesion.
• Since the plate outer frame is lower than the top of the well, you can expect high speed and high precision dispensing, especially with automatic dispensing devices that dispense with the pins close to the top of the plate.
