• The Dust Sampler DSW-01 (for Dusker ® 100) and the scanner make it an automatic measurement system that counts foreign objects collected based on scanned image data.
• The system automatically measures foreign objects larger than 100 micrometers, and the measurement results display the number of foreign objects per 50 micrometers (maximum unit: 500um or more).
• It has a color-coded display function and can be used as a clue to identify foreign objects.
