• This is a rotary type wet film thickness meter made of stainless steel that can measure the thickness of wet film (undried film thickness) of paints, etc.
• Roll the wheel with the eccentric frame (rim) in between on the paint film to read the highest scale value where the eccentric frame is wet by the paint.
